| Congratulations to the Ladies and the u14 teams on their achievements on Saturday last .This was a great day for both sides and for the Club.The u14 team will now play Bryansford at a venue to be decided for the All County title and it would be great to see a huge turn-out for that game. Congratulations also to Damien Rafferty and Down for a game to remember on Sunday .Up Down ! |

| What a weekend of football |
| What a great weekend for our club ,,,,,well done to our under 14 team winning on sat. well done also to our ladies beating ballymartin in the intermediate championship.
To our Gaelic for mums team beating Saval also...maybe there is an all ireland title in this team after all???
Most important of all well done Damien Raff..you were totally brillant and an inspiration to all the young players in the club..It was fantastic to be sitting in croke park listening to our minor team cheering for you on each and every tackle you went in for (and of course won). We are all proud of you D and wish you all the best in the final.... |

| Congats to the U14 footballers for winning the South Down championshop beating An Rioch 6-18 to 0-02 and for the Ladies footballers for beating BallyMartin in the Intermediate Championship Final 1-15 to 1-07 making this an unforgettable day for Newry Shamrocks. Well done to both teams and mentors for all the effort this year. |

| CONGRATULATIONS TO COLLIE, MARTY & JOE FOR ALL THE HARD WORK DURING THE YEAR IT ALL PAID OFF ON SATURDAY THESE BOYS WERE A DELIGHT TO WATCH DESTROYING AN RIOCHT WITH A GLOURIOUS WIN. KILLER MC EVOY WAS MY MAN OF THE MATCH, HE WAS OUTSTANDING. WELL DONE KILLER. ROLL ON THE SOUTH DOWN GAME.

| All Ireland U14 B Hurling Final |
| Well done to our U14 hurlers Ruari Campbell and Matthew Dipnell who were on the Down U14 hurling team that reached the final of the U14 All Ireland competition held in Portlaoise.
Ruairi played at midfield and Matthew was half back throughout the competition and did themselves and the club proud. Unfortunately injury ruled Ryan Courtney out of the competition and undoubtedly Ryan could have made all the difference in the final. |
