Plan for 2009.
Well as the new season starts, I have agreed to take over the PRO duties for the Club, and hope to keep everyone informed of whats happening and make sure we get exposure in the local press.
This means if anyone wants any results, news stories, match reports or events added to the website (football, ladies, hurling etc) or in the local press simply email thru to webmaster@newryshamrocks.org or post a message on the message board and I will get posted on the website and if needed sent to the local press. I will also make sure the newsletter is posted on the website each quarter.
If you go to the contact form on the website, you will get all the contact details for me.
As a lot of us have digital cameras now, if you are at a match take a few pics, write a few lines and send them thru with a match report.
As I attend most of the Juvenile games I will keep the Juvenile football up to date. Niamh Rafferty has been nominated for the Ladies section and just need information on the Football U14, U16s Minor Reserve and Senior as well as Hurling.
If any one else has some spare time (especially our junior members, girls and boys) and wants to help maintain the website, it would be most appreciated. So post a message today or send your match report thru.
