| U14 County Semi final |
| Our U14 hurlers drew 3-9 to 3-9 with Ballygalget tonight in the county semi final. Ballygalget equalised with the last puck of the ball and our lads were naturally very disappointed.
In saying that they did the club proud again showing they can match the best the Ards can provide and indeed would have won the game comfortably if the Ref had decided to provide proper protection to the more skillful side. The fact that 8 Ballygalget players were booked to none from Shamrocks tells it own tale.

| U14 Hurling County Semi final |
| Good luck to our U14 hurlers who take on Ballygalget tomorrow night in the county semi final at 7pm in Ballykinler. Having already beaten Portaferry and Ballycran earlier this year Shamrocks are hoping to complete the clean sweep against Ards opposition and become the first Shamrocks side to reach the "A" U14 hurling final.
Having already won the Down Feile this year, the South Down league and being beaten in the Ulster Feile final these group of players have already done themselves and the club proud undoubtedly tomorrow night they will do the same. |

| Well done to all the girls/management on a well deserved win over Burren on Sat night. It was a very tight and entertaining game.

| U8 Footballers Win Longstone Tournament |
| Well done to both Shamrocks U8 teams at the Longstone tournament today with a the A team winning the Cup, beating Burren in semi-final and Clonduff in the final and our B team who were unlucky to get beat by Rostrevor in the Plate final having beat Glasdrummand in the semis. Great performance from both teams. You did the Club proud today and showed great skill and desire to bring another trophy home. |
